How It Started

Revive began six years ago with a simple but urgent feeling:
We cannot continue consuming fashion the way we have been; our planet, and the beings living in it can’t cope with it any longer.

In 2020, I started with embroidery, giving garments new life through stitch and story. It felt intimate, personal, like tattoos for your clothes. A way to honour what already existed rather than constantly reaching for something new. And it worked! In its own beautiful way.

But I knew it wasn’t enough.

The Evolution

If we are to truly shift fashion, we must move beyond the garment.
We must reimagine the systems that create it.

After five years, I took a break from running Revive full-time, and went on to work at The Ellen MacArthur Foundation. I was immersed in circular economy thinking, working with global brands, and lecturing on systems change; this expanded my perspective on the wider fashion industry. I saw both the possibility, and the urgency, of transformation at scale.

Revive Studio is the evolution and result of that journey.

What is Revive

A creative studio dedicated to activating circular, regenerative, and mindful sustainable change across the fashion industry.

Through consulting, workshop facilitation, and industry insight, I work with brands and communities to redesign not just products, but value chains, behaviours, and relationships, because sustainability is not a trend or a marketing layer, it is a systems shift.

Revive Studio exists to be a creative catalyst.
A place where ideas are challenged, alternatives are explored, and fashion is given the opportunity to begin again.

This is about more than consuming differently.
It’s about relating differently,  to our clothes, to each other, and to the ecosystems that sustain us - It’s fashion as a form of wellness.

Follow along as this next chapter unfolds, collaborating with experts, exploring alternative models, and diving deep into the industry’s value chain.

Revival starts small.
But it does not stay small.

How I Work

Testimonials

“Working with Teresa during the Catalyst workshop in Milan is an experience I remember with a smile. Her energy, her ability to truly listen, and the way she creates authentic connections between people and ideas made every moment of collaboration stimulating, effortless, and deeply human. Teresa brings a curious, visionary, and inspiring perspective, along with a genuine commitment to circular innovation that turns even the most complex conversations into shared, meaningful journeys. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and I hope our paths cross again.”

— Carlo Cavedon, Circular Economy Desk, Intesa Sanpaolo

”Working with Teresa was a real pleasure. She was able to deliver a fairly complex subject in a way that was digested easily by a very varied cohort of SME founders. They reacted well to the format of her presentation and enjoyed the activities that she prepared for them. Teresa helped to frame Theory of Change in a way that they were able to apply to their own businesses and communities. I will definitely work with Teresa again.”

— Lucy Kebbell, Founder of The WIP

“Teresa is a curious and divergent thinker with an abundance of ideas and solution to complex problems. She has a natural ability to create community and break down peoples walls so that they can quickly build trust and work together.”

— Sarah Dodge, Strategic Designer, Ellen MacArthur Foundation
