About the Experience
A brand's influence doesn't end at the till. Every interaction after a purchase, how a garment is cared for, spoken about, returned to or replaced, is still shaped by the relationship a brand chooses to build and nurture, or leave unbuilt and forgotten. Businesses aren't only sellers of product; they're the architects of habit, ritual, and story for the people who wear what they make. That influence is quiet, but it's real, and it's rarely claimed on the shop floor.
This Revive Studio pop-up on Empathetic Longevity claims this space deliberately. This isn't an upcycling stall dropped into a store for the afternoon, it's a holistic, in-store platform where your customers step out of "shopping mode" and into genuine engagement: with the garment in their hands, the story it already carries, and the lifestyle and narrative your brand stands for. It's a live, physical space where sustainability stops being a policy on a hangtag and becomes something a customer feels, hands-on, in your store.
Real behaviour change rarely comes from information alone, it comes from experience. This pop-up is built to shift habits, not just awareness: giving your customers a felt reason to mend before they discard, to notice a story before they forget it, and to see your brand as a companion in that relationship, not just its origin point.
A warm, creative, and rigorous activation, built for brands ready to turn their shop floor into a platform for change.
Led personally by Teresa, drawing on ten years of practice spanning hands-on craft, running her own circular clothing brand, designing pop-ups with customers like SOHO house and Vogue House. Teresa also worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation's circular economy thinking, and work with brands including Decathlon, Audi, and Intesa Sanpaolo.
Workshop stations are curated and tailored to resonate with your brand's specific ethos, tone, and customer base - never a generic template
Panel discussion options bring in expert voices from Teresa's extensive fashion industry network, chosen to suit your brand's world and audience
Every activation gathers real customer insight , sentiment, stories, ideas , that feeds directly back into your brand's evolving Empathetic Longevity approach
Designed as a platform, not a one-off: an experience that deepens the relationship between customer, garment, and brand long after the pop-up ends
Mock Experience Flow
The Mending Station A guided, drop-in space where customers stitch, patch, or mark a piece they already own - a hands-on entry point into the wider story.
The Story Wall A live, evolving installation where customers respond to a single prompt about something they've kept and why - turning private memory into visible, collective narrative.
Scheduled Panel Talks Open conversations at peak footfall hours, featuring voices from Teresa's network - craft, psychology, sustainability, and industry - exploring memory, consumption, and care.
The Ideation Corner A space for customers to contribute their own ideas for how your brand could help them keep what they own for longer - direct insight your team can carry forward.
