A holistic and human lens on sustainability, at every scale.
From a single garment to a systems shift: I work with individuals, brands, and industry to redesign not just products, but the relationships, behaviours, and value chains around them.

The Revive Offerings
Empathetic Longevity
There is a particular magic in an object that has been loved. A cosy jumper softened by many wears, a mended hem for the perfect fit, a jacket that has quietly witnessed a decade of someone's life, all becoming less a possession and more a companion.
This is the premise of Empathetic Longevity: a garment is never just a garment, it has the power to become a vessel for memory and meaning. And when we let it hold that story, something measurable happens. We keep it, and pass it down with intention.
In the industry today, experts like Première Vision calls empathetic longevity, or emotional durability, fashion's "most underrated form of sustainability." The Centre for Sustainable Fashion (UAL) has built a research programme around it. The evidence keeps arriving at the same conclusion - when something has a deeper sentimental value to us, we keep it for longer and care for it better.
For a brand, this changes the question from “how do we sell more?” to “how do we become worth staying with?” That's where circularity earns its place: not as policy, but as a promise that the relationship was never meant to end at the till.
Empathetic Longevity is an invitation to fall in love with what we already own, all over again, and for brands to participate in that experience.
Past Projects
A selection of the strategy, teaching, and experiential work I have delivered across brands, institutions, and cultural spaces.
Intesa Sanpaolo — Led a 3-day regenerative agriculture workshop in Milan, bringing together the finance, fashion, and food sectors; the work resulted in three financial instruments being combined for implementation in 2026.
Audi — Introduced circular design methodologies into automotive design, contributing directly to the redesign of two car parts.
Decathlon — Delivered the "Power of Repair" lecture, bringing a human-centred approach to repair; helped inform the development of their in-store repair service.
Ellen MacArthur Foundation x UNEA — Project-managed a collaboration behind a Circular Fashion Resolution, establishing a 2-year delivery plan for the team.
Vogue College — Guest lecturer on systems change and the redefinition of luxury fashion, equipping students with holistic approaches to circularity and sustainability.
Imperial College x Startup Discovery School — Facilitated a workshop on systems mapping and stakeholder identification, giving entrepreneurs tools to understand their stakeholders and uncover new growth opportunities.
Soho House — Created two immersive pop-up experiences, each featuring a curated programme of workshops including natural wine tasting, upcycling, paper flower making, and aromatherapy — alongside a curated edit of circular clothing brands for members to shop.
Vogue House — Hosted a pop-up of the bespoke Revive collection, a line of embroidered vintage pieces, and ran a live embroidery workshop for visitors.
